1. How do I book classes?
The most convenient way to book a class is on our app, the Studio 73 Pilates app. A free download from the App Store. All classes must be booked prior to coming to the studio.
2. I’m brand new to Reformer Pilates, what class should I book first?
You can book any class on our timetable as all classes are suitable for all levels. We ensure that every exercise is accessible to every person, no matter your fitness level or body type. We will offer modifications and advancements to suit everyone in the class.
3. Late cancelation Policy?
Studio 73 Pilates has a 16hr cancellation window – a late cancel within this 16hr timeframe will result in a loss of session. Unlimited Members will be charged a $10 cancellation fee within the 16hr time frame.
4. Late to class?
Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late to class and miss the warm-up with your instructor, we can not permit you to join the class due to liability reasons. Please ensure you arrive with ample time in advance to avoid this occurring. Your session will be forfeited as a late cancellation as you’ve held a spot in the class. Please ensure you are organised with enough time to find parking on 9th Street or Orange Avenue.
5. Pregnancy Policy?
You can continue practicing your regular Pilates classes during your pregnancy. We will change certain exercises to ensure your movement is safe for you and your baby during each stage of pregnancy.
6. What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing, preferably a little tighter to ensure nothing gets caught in the machine. We wear grippy socks while training for extra support and hygiene.
7. Where do I get grip socks?
We stock MoveActive non slip grip socks at the studio. We stock all sizes and socks are $22 a pair.
8. Do I need to be a certain fitness level to attend classes?
All fitness levels are welcome! Pilates is for EVERYONE! No one gets left behind and we are here to support you evert step of the way.
